Shadow Work Kit
The Eclipse Descent
Deep indigo twilight — honest shadow work that does not follow you into sleep.
The opening and closing ritual for the Shadow Work Kit. Run Steps I–II before trigger maps and dialogue prompts; run Steps III–IV after one kit exercise so nothing unfinished follows you into sleep.
Step I — Name the trigger
Open the Shadow Work kit's trigger map. Write one sentence: What activated today was ___. No analysis yet. No BIFF scripts yet — just truth on the page.
Step II — Thank the protector
Whatever part reacted — anger, freeze, people-pleasing — was trying to help. Acknowledge it: Thank you for guarding me. I am leading now.
Step III — Do the kit work
Complete one shadow prompt or dialogue exercise from the Shadow Work kit. One exercise per session is enough. Use the kit's regulation tools if intensity rises.
Step IV — Dim the forge
Trace the Eclipse Sigil once. Say: This is held until I return with more capacity. Close the workbook. No reopening tonight.
When co-parent conflict surfaces, use the Shadow Work kit's BIFF scripts only after Step IV — never from raw activation. For child-centered responses, follow with the Co-Parenting Compass.
