After one Shadow Work kit exercise, when intensity needs a container, or when you are closing a hard day deliberately.
How to work with it
Trace the sigil once at the end of a session. Say: This is held until I return with more capacity. Do not leave the mark open on your desk overnight if the session was heavy.
