Inner Child Kit
The Safe Nest
Soft lavender shelter — safety before excavation. Never skip this before inner-child work.
The safety ritual for the Inner Child Kit. Never open letter templates, play exercises, or integration prompts without this first — safety before excavation.
Step I — Orient the room
Look around. Name five things you see. Feel feet on floor or seat on chair. You are in today, not in the past.
Step II — Name the age
Hand on sternum. Ask: How old does this feeling sound? Welcome that age without fixing yet. Say: You can be here. We go slowly.
Step III — One small offering
Before opening any Inner Child template, choose one small way you can offer care now — water, blanket, five minutes of play, or a gentle letter draft with no sending pressure.
Step IV — Enter the template
Open one exercise from the Inner Child kit. Stop if overwhelm spikes — integration matters more than finishing. Between sessions, use The Inner Threshold practice.
The Inner Child kit supports personal reflection — not a substitute for professional care. Seal the page with The Closing Seal when you stop.
